                Senator Romano moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, after line fourteen, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d)  Unless in compliance with registration, license, and other requirements of  the Division of Motor Vehicles pursuant to §17A-1-1 et seq., §17B-1-1 et seq., and §17D-1-1 et seq., or otherwise authorized by the Director of Division of Natural Resources, no special purpose vehicle or street-legal special purpose vehicle shall be operated on any highway located within the boundaries of any public land under the jurisdiction of the Division of Natural Resources.;

By relettering the remaining subsections.
